This is the second unit of three that form the Chartered Wealth Manager award. This is a post-graduate qualification which covers all of the knowledge required to provide private clients with the highest level of service. The CISI recommends 200 hours of study for each unit to prepare for the three-hour narrative exam. On successful completion of Financial Markets, Portfolio Construction Theory and Applied Wealth Management, you can apply for the CISI Chartered Wealth Manager title.
Portfolio Construction Theory Unit Syllabus
The detailed syllabus is available on the CISI website and changes regularly which is reflected in the relevant edition of the CISI workbook. The workbook is essential learning material which should be purchased when booking the CISI exam.
